Over on self-transcendence research, we explore the multitudes of psychological and philosophical theories related to self transcendence, the concept of realising your ultimate expression of self.

Our transcendent self, is largely to do with concepts such as “all is one”, and that “everything is connected”, and that each of us, is connected to their own unique set of physical and intellectual perspectives which can result in a significant increase in one’s sense of connectedness, resulting in core self-esteem benefits and overall increase in well-being.

Over on self-transcendence.org, there’s a completely anonymous self-transcendence test, which will help with our research. This also offers the ability to add your personal testimonial, again, completely anonymous, we’d like to collect some transcendence stories.
